This site brings together everything I’ve learned, tested, and used over time to return to a regular physical activity. Nothing here is theoretical: it’s a collection of practical information gathered from different places, things I’ve tried myself and still use today.
I simply chose to bring everything together in one place, in a clear and accessible way, to help anyone who wants to start gently, without getting lost in complicated explanations or unnecessary equipment.
Getting back into activity requires a bit of willpower and, above all, consistency—but without pressure. What matters is moving forward at your own pace, steadily, and letting your body find its bearings again.
Each page focuses on something concrete: equipment, setup, sensors, training sessions… The goal isn’t to become a cyclist, but to rediscover movement, breath, and pleasure—at your own rhythm.
